I thought I would share a site I just found, it contains all the free shipping codes available online! Happy school shopping!
Obviously, you have referenced to a good website. There are other websites as well. I think it is the total price (item + s&h), that is to be considered. Few years ago, we found a trick employed by few eBay sellers. They were increasing the actual price to offer free shipping. And some other sellers were doing just the opposite.
So, the best option is to check the total price you are going to pay. And look for a coupon before check out.
